[Lazarus] Packages of Lazarus 1.2 and FPC 2.6.4 for Ubuntu 14.04

Why not Lazarus 1.2.2? 1.2.0 with FPC 2.6.4 has a (showstopper) bug with Qt
and Carbon interface.
