[Lazarus] OT: Fast image viewer

Hi, I'm lookig for a fast-small JPEG/BMP image viewer with Zoom, Pan, 
and Print (if possible), to be launched from my application and passing 
a File param or better a Stream to be opened.

Can anyone recommend such viewer?. I need it for Windows.
