[Lazarus] Appeal for a documentatio effort

Please document the software you write. You are the best person to do so
because you know what you write.

All the work that could be done from it -- as traslation, for instance, --
is blocked because there is no documentation in English.

Don't let Lazarus be a secret software. Please document it.
