[Lazarus] LCL: Shift+TAB does not work

Hi,

I'm using Lazarus 1.3 r46334M FPC 2.6.5 i386-win32-win32/win64

On GUI TAB works -- go to the next widget -- but Shift+TAG don't.

Is there a issue posted for this problem?
