[Lazarus] Redundant text on project buttons

Hello,
 
I don't think it urgently need to be removed.
On the other hand, Lazarus is not consistent. Some windows (Call Stack, Project Inspector) has icons with captions while others (Watch List, History) are icons only.
If you will create patch to remove text, please check that all buttons has proper Hint. Usually they have but for example Call Stack doesn't.
