No, that's the "official" layout provided by LCL.
It's rather old, I think, and, I presume,  not much used.
The IDE editor uses his own dialogue, which is larger but much better 
organized.
Maybe it's worth a revision, together with the "replace" dialogue, which 
suffers of the same problems.
