[Lazarus] Script to install set of libraries after compiling a new build of Lazarus?

It might not be the best answer you were looking for but when I recompile lazarus I issue this command
make clean lazbuild useride starter
It install the packages that I previously added.

Is there a standard script that you can a list of libraries that you want compiled and installed if necessary after you create a new Lazarus build?
I find myself having to add my preferred libraries manually and it gets tedious.
