[Lazarus] Alt + tab IDE Windows

Yes, the docking frameworks, although they have other issues.

If you alt+tab to the Lazarus main (top) window, the other windows get
selected, too.
If that is not good then start clicking the taskbar buttons instead of
alt+tab from keyboard.
