[Lazarus] Alt + tab IDE Windows

While I was using ubuntu, I had one virtual desktop + shortcuts
(Ctrl+Alt+Arrow) to change desktop. Now, I'm using combination of
anchordocking and virtual desktop for maximal "performance". There is
also way to use hotcorners AFAIK in Unity and Cinnamon enviroments.
