[Lazarus] Cannot bulid Lazarus Qt

Mine laz is r46641 + fpc-2.6.4 and works fine. You should check 
revisions after 46641 if anything build related is changed in lazarus, 
but I've already seen some 64bit problems with latest fpc-3.1.1 and 
widestrings .... so could be both.
