[Lazarus] Multiple open Lazarus

Hi,

I used to open multiple Lazarus because it doesn't support group
project. After update to 1.4 sometimes when I want convert one of the
projects or open new one,new Lazarus want to compile everything,all
package! Before it happen but after update it happens many more and also
it occurs to Trunk version.

I want to ask is there any change that lead to this situation?
