[Lazarus] Ctrl+click shortcut

Hi,

I dont know what is this feature name that when you hover a function
when with Ctrl down and click it will go when you define the function,
but I want to know is there anyway to change it so when I click it go to
where function declare not in class like old Delphi 7 ; its simpler and
more easy to use.
