[Lazarus] Two new Manage Desktops bugs

I've created two new bugs related to anchordocking and the "Manage
desktops" dialog.

Desktop manager restore incorrect docked layouts

(This issue can sometimes crash Lazarus)

Docked windows renamed when saving desktops

(A visual bug, but there is probably some bad code which should be
fixed causing the issue)
