[Lazarus] Is this a bug or what is wrong?

I'm trying crosscompile from osx to arm-wince. Karl-Michael help me 
about that, I wanna say more time thank yo very much.
*-)When Target OS -> WinCE Target OS -> arm Target processor to ARMV4  
lazarus looking for ppcarm, so not compile, 'cos compiler name is 
"ppcrossarm" I made link, then can compile project
*-) needed arm-wince-ld, xx-as, xx-windres. this files's folder added to 
path, but not found while compiling. made link them to /bin folder, 
project compiled. are this file looking for with path in compile 
parameter? so can not find in system path.
