[Lazarus] Will TAChart fixes will be in 1.4?

Recently, I did a couple of fixes to TAChart. I requested porting to 
1.28 on the wiki page 
http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Lazarus_1.2_fixes_branch. Since there 
has not been much activity on this wiki page during the last weeks I am 
a bit worried that these changes will not make it into the upcoming 1.4. 
Could somebody explain to me the procedure how to get code changes from 
trunk into 1.4?
