A quick look in the git mirror.

Seems the last 2.7.1 commit (in Trunk/Master) was r29397 (SubVersion) or
f70d35a (git).

The next commit after that [r29399 (svn) or 5f1a29ec (git)] the compiler
version was bumped to 3.1.1 by Marco.
