[Lazarus] lazbuild not bıild IDE

It looks like the lazbuild stdout message for the parameter:

--primary-config-path=<path>
or
--pcp=<path>

    primary config directory, where Lazarus stores its config files.
Default is $HOME/.lazarus

I use it too for my usb stick portable environment.
