what is last the max process count ?
my test results:

--max-process-count=1  -> 3minutes, 1 seconds
--max-process-count=8  -> 1minutes 29 seconds
--max-process-count=12  -> 1minutes 31 seconds
--max-process-count=16  -> 1minutes 29 seconds
