[Lazarus] Screen resolution on Windows

Hello,
"Screen.Width" and "Screen.Height" were returning wrong values (1440x960)
on my  2160x1440 display (Windows 8.1 OS).

I had to enable "Enable DPI Awareness (for Vista+)" project option to
retrieve correct values.

I didn't expect such trick, is it a bug?
