If project's local config file is named "fpc.cfg" then

  Reading options from file fpc.cfg


If project's local config file is named ".fpc.cfg" then

  Configfile search: /home/gabor/.fpc.cfg
  Reading options from file /home/gabor/.fpc.cfg

FPC was started from project's local directory.
