[Lazarus] Automatic creation of (configuration) dialogs

Hi,

I was wondering if there's some code / unit / component etc. that allows
the automatic creation of dialogs at runtime, i.e. for providing
configuration options to the user, by providing some sort of
property-list (By Code, XML, ini-file what so ever)?
I'm thinking of something including descriptions etc., very much like
the "Project Options" dialog for example, not only a list of properties
(like the "Object Inspector").

I'm not quite sure if I want to do this myself for my current project,
or not - but If there's something already existing in the wild, maybe
it's worth a look...
