[Lazarus] Extending TRect breaks Lazarus

The first batch is committed. Tpoint* is reasonably complete but TRect 
and -F need some more methods.

The problem is also a bit that TRect is more complicated and my sources span
various Delphi versions and are sometimes conflicting.
