[Lazarus] IDE CoolBar issue

Hello,
every time I start the Lazarus IDE the IDE CoolBar items reduplicate.

Resetting to default from options doesn't solve the issue.

Please take a look at the attachment.

Note: I start the IDE with the following command:

\freepascal\laz\trunk\startlazarus.exe --pcp=\freepascal\pcp

under Windows, latest svn trunk.

I suppose that pcp can be involved.
