Slightly related:
Eclipse supports TODO in a comment automatically being a kind of
bookmark and to be shown in a dedicated todo list. Do we have/want this ?
Even more slightly related:
Eclipse is (if the plugin is installed) svn aware in a very nice way.
Do we have/want this ?
Based on this we (company) use Open Project, that is svn aware as well.
Here "todo"s can very systematically be managed and via the common svn
awareness, you can mark a Open Project task to be finished from within
Eclipse (not yet perfectly supported, but workable. IMHO a really good
way to handle todo-bookmarks.
