[Lazarus] Project options lock IDE

[FreeMan]

I changed "<TargetOS Value="darwin"/>" to "<TargetOS Value="win64"/>"  
in project.lpi, then open in lazarus, IDE lock and this is gdb bt 
result, what can be problem ?
