[Lazarus] Compiler message "lines compiled"

What would be really useful would be the option of putting a timestamp 
in that. I'm usually doing several things at the same time, and put a 
"time" command in "Execute after" so that I can see that I did actually 
remember to compile the project when I last answered the 'phone or whatever.
