[Lazarus] 1 keypress gives multiple letters ONLY in program written in Lazarus in raspbian jessie Pi 2

i  have the same Problem with PI 3 and mouseandkeyinput  for a touchscreen
numpad.

I´ll try the solution and report.
But the occurrence of problem is very random.
