[Lazarus] change Font on TButton do not work?

I modified the font:
First the encoding  was "symbol" -> problem as described (it doesn't 
matter, when i change the charset)
than copy the chars, so that the encoding is "UnicodeBmp" -> problem is 
solved

The solution for me is to modify the font.
