[Lazarus] Loading OpenGL error

I reinstall everything and tried a new test :
 1. add lazopenglcontext
 2. add OpenGLContext unit
 3. type O:=TOpenGLControl.Create(self);
 4. run and no problem.
 5. type  o.Parent:=self;
 6. run and that error again.
