[Lazarus] Exclude components from localization by path or text

Hello,

Modern translation software and some IDEs allow you to exclude certain 
text by:

1) Original text (e.g. "My Program Name")
2) Component path (e.g. TForm1.Label1.Caption)

Can this feature be added to Lazarus IDE?
