[Lazarus] Printer.Canvas.Draw

Hello,

I was playing around with this procedure and incrementing x, does seem
to move the image on the canvas to the right.
But incrementing the y variable doesn't seem to move the image up or
down.

I am running Lazarus 1.4.2 on a LinuxMint-64 Distro.
FreePascal 2.6.4
