Yes we have, fpGUI.

And because fpGUI is 100% custom drawn, if a full featured LCL interface
was implemented (an Alpha version already exists), you have full control
over both. No need to wait for the next GTK2 or Qt4 release to receive a
fix for the underlying widgetset that LCL uses.
