[Lazarus] Different order of methods/events of PopupMenu

Hi,
 
is this known issue?
 
In Qt, when I open PopupMenu and select item, order is:
 
MenuItemClick;
OnMenuClose;
 
In Wine it is opposite (and in Windows too). I can't test in Delphi7 because Popumenus don't have OnClose there.
