No, you need concatenation operators inserted:

const
      TEXT : ansistring =
         #10'Now is the winter of our discontent'#10
         +'Made glorious summer by this sun of York;'#10
         +'And all the clouds that lour''d upon our house'#10
         +'In the deep bosom of the ocean buried.'#10
         + etc...
