[Lazarus] HEAPTRACE IFDEF

Hi,
 
Is there any or can we have a HEAPTRACE IFDEF so we can do something
like this :
> if FileExists('heap.trc') then
> DeleteFile('heap.trc');
> SetHeapTraceOutput('heap.trc');
