[Lazarus] Suggestion for Object Inspector

There are a lot of completion related settings in the IDE, some for the
identifiers. You can see them if you type the word "completion" in the
filter field of the IDE options. I think that the Editor can do what you
need:

1.: Tools / Options / Editor / Completion and Hints

2.: Tools / Options / Codetools / Class Completion
3.: Tools / Options / Codetools / Code Completion
4.: Tools / Options / Codetools / Identifier Completion
