[Lazarus] Memo.Lines.Add seems to be slow with Lazarus 1.6

Try using a TSynEdit instead of a TMemo. I did not try with lazarus 1.6, 
but with 1.4.4 it is 9ms vs 143 ms for a tmemo.
On windows tmemo is even slower, while TSynEdit isn't.
