[Lazarus] Non-visual component tray

Finally somebody has implemented a non-visual component tray add-on
(sitting next to your visual designed form). Something I've been saying
for years - and that should come standard with Delphi and Lazarus.

Non-visual components don't belong on the designer form itself.
