[Lazarus] TMouseinput mouse click.

Add lazmouseandkeyinput to the required packages, then:

uses MouseAndKeyInput;

procedure TForm1.Button1Click(Sender: TObject);
begin
  MouseInput.Move([], 200, 75);
  MouseInput.Click(mbLeft,[], 200, 75);
end;
