[Lazarus] TControl.InvalidatePreferredSize loop detected with TScrollBox

Hi All,

With the attached example project got an 
"TControl.InvalidatePreferredSize loop detected" error. Just start it 
and click on Panel3. Tried with Windows and Linux-Qt, fixes_1_6 and FPC 
3.0.0. What i am doing wrong or is it a bug?
