[Lazarus] In trunk, cannot run app from IDE

This can happen when you are cross compiling for an other system:
compiling/running win64 application on a win32 operating system.
... or maybe the result is a library (dll or other).

> exe file is compiled ok.
Can you find the "exe file" itself on the hdd?

A detailed compilation log may help finding the reason...
