[Lazarus] FPC 3.0.2 released!

The fpc-3.0.2.i386-win32.cross.arm-wince.exe seems to be corrupted.

"The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program."

(I already thought it was a bit small, it's only 4.9 MB)

Tried both SF and the hungarian ftp site.

Note: MS Security Essentials flags this file as virus/malware.
