[Lazarus] DateTimeToStr gives an invalid format string error when closing an rdp session

Or maybe this is it: if the production system triggers an 
WM_SETTINGCHANGE message it could be overwriting some memory pertaining 
to that TPageControl (long shot, I know, but...)
