[Lazarus] Cannot install FPC 3.0.2/3.0.3 from Lazarus

On Ubuntu 14.4
I get this error, and after /ignore/ package cannot install fully:
IDE cannot rebuild then. Linker error with "missing section on dddddd.o file".
