[Lazarus] type IntegerList

Thanks for this new list. Diff like

- Result:=integer(PtrUInt(FCols[aCol]))

+ Result:=FCols[aCol]

shows it's useful. It supports Longint or PtrInt or PtrUInt? Or i need 
another list for PtrInt?
