[Lazarus] Cannot build Lazarus from source

Hi, since many years ago I'm building Lazarus from source using the 
procedure detailed below, currently I'm on Ubuntu 16.04 64bit.

My procedure is, first *svn up* fpc, then compile and install with 
defaults (into /usr/local/lib/fpc/3.1.1). The next step is again *svn 
up* Lazarus dir, then *make clean all*.

Since yesterday I'm getting this:

[leonardo at leonardo-SATELLITE-C50-A ~/Desarrollo/lazarus] $ make clean all
make: -iVSPTPSOTO: No se encontró el programa
make -C ide cleanide
make[1]: se entra en el directorio '/home/leonardo/Desarrollo/lazarus/ide'

...

Which program isn't found?, any hint?.
