[Lazarus] Cannot build Lazarus from source

Mmm, the problem is that I used fpc-3.0.2-i386 to bootstrap my compiler,
and as I want to build Lazarus fo x86_64 linux I generated that compiler.

The bootstrap compiler is:

Free Pascal Compiler version 3.0.2 [2017/02/06] for i386

And the one that I'm built from trunk, to be used for building Lazarus is:

Free Pascal Compiler version 3.1.1 [2017/10/09] for x86_64

BTW, the one found in PATH es x86_64, from /usr/local/bin/fpc.
