[Lazarus] Help for solving an ActiveX regression crash bug

Regarding issue:

Could somebody please provide a debugger backtrace and preferably a
patch to fix it.
Also finding out which revision caused the regression would be helpful.

My own development system has Linux and I will not configure a Windows
system now. A long ToDo list already...
