Does it exclude other versions? No. This list also does not mention ISO or ObjFPC, so it is clear,
the two mentioned versions are only examples. Besides this, if you followed fpc development, you
should quickly realize that this page is simply outdated: no word on aarch64 which is supported for
years as well as jvm and m68k, iOS is not mentioned. You should know also that FPC contains a lot of
stuff of newer delphis starting with advanced records, type helpers etc. which is for sure not D7.
