[Lazarus] Can't start lazarus trunk

Today I saw the "Could not find a fpc executable in the PATH" error when 
starting Lazarus. It came in in r59934, the preceding revision, r59933, 
is still working correctly. Maybe a different issue, because for me, it 
happens only with FPC trunk.
